i'm back...kinda

I didn't hit my B-day goal of being under 200lbs. My b-day has come and gone but I'm on my last belt loop and then I'll have to buy a new belt. I would still like to hit the 200lb number but being healthy and feeling good is more important to me. I had about a 4 week time period without working out and I only gained 3lbs. I didn't eat that great but I think I have learned to cut back on a lot of the things I used love. I have learned to eat in moderation and cut back a lot of the foods. I don't always make the best decision for lunch but I'll make up for it at dinner.

The craziest thing for me is I DON'T LIKE Dr. Pepper anymore. I'm sorry DP, you were there for me for the longest time. At A&M you were with me everyday and pretty much my only friend (just kidding, I was super duper popular). I've actually tried to drink it and the taste just doesn't do it for me anymore. I still do like Coke and Big Red but never had the same relationship with them like DP & I had. It was a great ride but it's time for me to move on.


So today was my first WOD back since my back injury. I was ready to kill it or at least I thought I was. It didn't work out that way for me but I did show up. I've dropped down two pills and hopefully my butt muscles won't hurt in the morning. My meals weren't that great today but I'll do better tomorrow.

Breakfast:
2 donuts (I had to make it up because I didn't get my birthday donut)

Lunch:
6inch Subway Tuna (I know this is not a healthy choice but it did taste good)
1/2 a bag of cheetos (I wanted the whole bag but threw them away...step away from the cheetos)
2 sips of sprite and a bottle water

Dinner:
left over fajitas and baby back ribs
rice and beans
