Still bad choices but it's Birthday week.
Chrissie and I have made it our tradition that we can have anything we want during birthday week. I wasn't going to do it this year but guess what, I did.
I still haven't been to they gym in 3 weeks and it's lead me to make some more bad choices. The good thing is that I have maintained my weight and my pant size. I have to say that I'm pretty pumped because i'm on my last belt loop. I also bought some new swim trunks today and the 36s fit me without digging in. My 36s jeans feel a little loose. I was up to a very snug 40 and should have really been at a 42 but kept fighting it.
I won't be hitting my original goal that I had made for my birthday. I wanted to be under 200lbs. I will not give up on that goal I'll just have to push it back a little. I have reach part of my goal and that was to get healthier and feel better. After b-day week I think I'll be strong enough to hit the gym again and start working again toward my goal. As for now I am happy with what I have accomplished.
