Breakfast:
-Eggs with Sausage
-1/2 glass of OJ
Lunch:
-1 chicken breast (lemon/lime & herbs)
-carrots & steamed broccoli
Dinner:
-Ground beef stir fry with snap peas & carrots
-3 strawberries
-handful of nuts (almond/walnuts)
Post-game defeat Cheat snack:
Chocolate glazed doughnut (from HEB) & a glass of 2% lactose free milk.
I was going for the JETS but they lost. It was only 2nd full game I've seen this season.
