Breakfast:
-I made 2 eggs with chicken & sausage (cruz ate half of it)
Lunch:
-1 bread roll
-grilled chicken breast
-carrots
-bowl of soup with a little bit of noodles
Dinner:
-left over shrimp stir fry
-grilled cheese sandwich
-2 handful of fritos
Killer WOD today:
I'm gonna be really sore in morning. I stepped on the scale today and was 217lbs. I was really excited about it. Need a few more lbs to go.
