Breakfast:
-3 eggs with polish sausage
-1/2 apple
-2 oreos
Lunch:
-1/4 apple
-left over smoked leg quarter
Dinner:
-shrimp stir fry with broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, cilantro, and lime juice (a recipe I found online for pork, but I had some shrimp in the freezer)
-4 oreos with milk
-1 sip of big red (it didn't do anything for me. I served a full glass but ended up throwing it away)
WOD: (at home)
21 Double unders
15 burpees
9 air squats
20 min AMRAP
I did 4 rounds
It was freaking cold outside so I didn't hit 210. I stayed home where it was nice and warm. I did do a nice little WOD at home and even worked up a hard sweat in my cold garage. We'll see if I'm crazy enough to hit 210 tomorrow morning it's about 20 degrees right now
