CHEAT Weekend....
Friday night was the SA rodeo and I ate some really bad food and had a few drinks (Nachos and stuff)
Sat: I ate a Whataburger and it was very tasty
Sun: Superbowl.....some more bad choices
Today's foods:
Breakfast:
-Eggs with chicken fajitas 3 spoonful of re-fried beans and 1 very small tortilla
-10oz of DP ( I did order one and had less that 1/2 of it)
Lunch:
-grilled flounder with steamed veggies
Dinner:
Beef stew ( I made somewhat of a beef stew with water, spices, beef, carrots, celery, potatoes
-3 chocolate chip cookies (they were little ones)
I had a big slip up this weekend. I knew I was making bad decisions but it did taste good, but my stomach did feel it. I also have been very happy with my workouts and know I'm getting stronger and becoming a better crossfitter. I was the last one to finish the WOD on Thursday but I pushed through to do all my reps. It was a killer WOD. I still can't believe I'm doing it.
