it's crunch time

Breakfast:
-2 eggs with beef fajitas. No refried beans a few papas and 1/2 of a corn tortilla

Lunch:
-shrimp fajitas with grilled veggies. 4 chips with salsa 1/4 of an avocado

Dinner:
-spring mix salad with mushrooms & 1/2 avocado
-handful of raspberries
-4 oreos


WOD
  • 30 Back Squats, 115lbs
  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 50 Push Ups
  • 100 Double Unders (I did 300 single skips)
For Time

It's crunch time for me to reach my goal of being under 200lbs by March. I have had 1 too many cheat meals lately and now I have to get  strict again. I felt stronger in the gym today but still have a long way to go. I've got to keep on keeping on.
