Breakfast:
-2 eggs with ham & spinach
-1 chocolate iced donut ( my boo bought it for me for V-day, I didn't want to say no because it looked so good)
Lunch
-Meat and cheese Calzone (it was good)
Dinner:
-Mushroom risotto with beef tenderlion
-Spinach with butter and garlic
-Merlot (very good)
-3 chocolate chip cookies
NO WOD
but I did have a great time with my shorty. I have the rest of the week to get my butt kick at 210.
